Countrytrail Candles is a computer based business and I do not maintain a storefront.

You can contact me via email or phone regarding any questions or comments you may have.
Business Hours ~ You can order from the web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My normal business hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after normal business hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Holidays and any "Closed for Business" days will be announced on the web site and in my newsletter.

To ensure that you will receive our Countrytrail Candles emails, you need to do two things:
First ~ Check your Bulk/Junk Mail folder, and look to see if any of our mail is in there. If it is, you need to click on the “Not Spam” or “Mark As Safe” button. This will tell your email provider that you WANT to receive the newsletters regularly.
Second ~Add Countrytrail Candles to your address book or contact list. This will help assure you receive all of our email and newsletters in the future.
Many email service providers place restrictions on how they will deliver email to you.
Some of these restrictions may prevent you from receiving mail from me.
